Classes meet Monday, Tuesday and Thursday every week. There are three classes each day. There are two introductory to intermediate classes at 5:00 and 6:00 and one advanced class at 7:00. Whenever there is not a tournament or another commitment we offer a combined Friday class at 6:00 and a Saturday morning class at 10:00. These Friday and Saturday classes are announced weekly on our bulletin board. All of the classes cover the broad spectrum of martial arts from the basics to weapons training.

Introductory to Intermediate - Each class focuses on technique and endurance by following a guided training in stances, blocks, kicks, and forms (kata). Sparing in each class builds endurance and coordination and helps the student learn to apply the technique. Students who choose to may practice a weapon if time allows.

Advanced - When the student reaches the advanced levels of their training they benefit from a less rigid but broader scope of training. The advanced class introduces junior ranks to faster techniques delivered with more skill so that they can grow more proficient and prepare for their black belt test.

Private Instruction - Private lessons in basic technique, weapons, grappling and advanced technique are available by appointment at an additional fee.

Fees: Introductory Course - $30.00 - This course is a two week (6 class) course designed to introduce the student to the dojang and the world of martial arts. The fee includes a dobok (uniform).

Membership: Each student joins the dojang for 1 year. There is an initial membership fee of $100 and a monthly fee of $60. There is no limit to the number of classes you can take during the month. These fees do not cover equipment or tests for the different belt levels.
